The state of Washington requires that anyone practicing real estate sales must be licensed by the State’s Department of Licensing. To obtain a Washington State real estate license you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Complete an accredited 60 clock hour Real Estate Fundamentals course
Pass the Washington State exam
Activate your license with a real estate broker
